In one of our apartment communities, among the initial priorities alongside upgrading old carpets and renovating outdated units was the neglected pool.
Under previous ownership, the pool had been closed for five years. Fortunately, it didn't take much effort to get the pool cleaned, resurfaced, and looking amazing again.
Why was this pool revitalization crucial for us as owners? Before its reopening, neighbors rarely interacted, kids lacked a gathering place, and our apartment residents felt isolated and disconnected.
